Modutek Corporation manufactures semiconductor wet processing equipment from its facility in San Jose, California. Product lines include automated, semi-automated, and manual wet bench systems, along with wet bench fume hoods and dry-to-dry wet process systems used in wafer fabrication.
The company also builds equipment components such as quartz tanks, quick dump rinsers, Teflon tanks, and temperature control circulators, plus wafer processing tools including IPA vapor dryers, megasonic cleaning systems, and rotary wafer etching systems. Additional lines cover chemical handling equipment, such as acid fume scrubbers and chemical delivery systems, and precision parts cleaning systems.
Modutek says it was established in 1980 and has supplied equipment to technology customers for more than 40 years.
