✓ VerifiedI was following a large truck full of gravel on the freeway. They didn't secure the tarp and a rock fell off and hit my window. When I called the company number off the truck they told me "OH WELL". I was really disappointed... Until I called New Image Auto Glass. They assured me that they could replace my widnshield at no cost to me. I was more surprised to receive a gift card as a "thank you" for my business. They really went above and beyond. :0), thanks!
