I was recently refured to just truck and van by my personal mechanic to purchase a replacement motor for my 2008 f350.i had alot of difficulty locating this eng.my self and my mechanic looked for this eng for 2 weeks i called just truck and van and spoke to one of there sales reps who was very helpful i received a used eng that i thought was new.i didnt relize i could get a eng for half the price with a better warranty then a new one this was a very pleasant and pain less experience. If I could put zero stars I would! I called down there to look for a part, and specifically ask for the part. Jody told me it was there and would be ready for pick up the next day. When I sent my driver they acted like they never talked to me. I called and he played like I asked for a different part. Not sure how a company like this has recieved any awards with customer service like that!

They suck. We drove down to there yard to find out that they did not have our part, After two phone calls and repeated assurance from there salesmen. That's OK though it was only an hour round trip .

asked if they had the part i needed before i paid to get in, walked the whole yard, there was one 2001 f150 4 door style that was just a completely stripped shell, no parts on it. complete waste of time and money. i am sorry for going there. i called and they said they had 4 or 5 of that body style for parts.

WARNING! I've been to this yard several times in the past year. Everytime, I have been OVERCHARGED except when the manager was NOT there. The manager is incompetent and not does not know much about the parts he tries to sell. I will NEVER go back there EVER. TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!

Just Trucks was awesome... They were so helpful to me and were able to find all the parts I needed! PLus, they give standard warranties on thier parts...which I didn't know auto recyclers did. And...I was able to get a 2 year parts and labor warranty. The service was great and my truck is running again!

I was recently in a situation where my transmission stopped functioning properly and it was diagnosed with internal failure L The estimate for repairs was just over $3000 – which was WAY MORE than I could afford! I called around for help, and was given the number to Just Truck and Van. Their Full Service Department got me the part at almost half the cost of new, and with a warranty that was 1 year longer than the new part. I am so glad I did the research.

I wanted to take a moment to commend the service and quality of Parts provided during my transaction with Just Truck and Van. I recently needed a replacement Motor for my Suburban and was very pleased with the way they handled the transaction.
