  Was looking at purchasing a remodeled home and definitely wanted to get a inspection done, and good thing I did. I called Precision Home Inspection, cause have used them in the past before and they were great. Anyways, the house looked great on the outside what I could see. The inspector found so many things I had no idea were that bad and would have ended up costing me a fortune to repair all of it. Needless to say that I past on the house. Thank you Precision Home Inspection keeping from buying a lemon.

  My husband and I used Precision Home Inspection recently on a house we were looking to purchase. The owner, inspector from Precision home was very knowledgeable and took great care in explaining all details to us. He even spent an extra hour the inspection walking us around answering questions. This house had very few issues, and helped us understand things to be aware of over time. Thank you for the great help.

  We’re first time home buyers, and are learning so much about process’s that go with it. One of them getting a home inspection by certified home inspector, at a reasonable rate. I found both of those things with Precision Home Inspection. The home inspector who came out was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Even answering some weeks after the inspection. The report that was sent to us was really easy to understand. Hope the rest of the process’s go this easy.

  I’ve never used a home inspection company before. My real estate agent recommended Precision Home Inspection, and I’m glad she did. The home inspection service provided was very thorough and detailed in a home inspection report, which helped me to understand the inner workings of the home.   Precision Home Inspection inspectors have been such a joy to work with. They provided my husband and I with helpful tips, and always asked if we had any questions during the inspection. I learned a lot from him. I would definitely use their services again.

  Precision Home Inspection was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. The home inspector was diligent and showed a vast understanding of construction. He pointed out things I would never thought of looking for. I would highly recommend Precision Home Inspection to anyone buying a home!

  What an amazing inspection! I’ve puchased many homes and used several different inspectors. Precision inspected every inch of my house. The report listed everything I needed to know about the home answering many questions I had just by reading the report. I used my report to gather the items I needed to make all the repairs listed. I would highly recommend Precision to anybody purchasing a home.
