  Needed a home inspection done right away in the Laveen area to complete the purchase of my new home. The inspector I originally hired never showed up. Came across Precision Home Inspection, told them my situation was urgent. They had someone out the same day, and had my report to me within hours. You guys helped me so much, while saving me from loosing my loan.

  Thanks to my Realtor for introducing me to Precision home inspection in Laveen. The home inspector showed up at the scheduled time we discussed. He was done with my inspection before I knew it and had my report to me just as fast. He found no major problems, and I’m now enjoying my new home.
