  This is the first time I ever purchased a house. It’s definitely not the easiest purchase I’ve ever made and each step that goes with it. So, finding a home inspector was new to me. Luckily my real estate agent highly recommended Precision Home Inspection. These guys made this process extremely easy. I’m now living in my new home and enjoying it!:)

  I decided to move and planned to rent, however I found a house I really liked. Precision Home Inspection was recommended to by a friend and was able to meet me that night. The inspector went over what to expect, and also agreed to meet with my real estate agent at the home. He called when he arrived at the house, called me when the inspection was done. Had the report completed in advanced and was to meet with me to go over the report where he found some problems. The report was very thorough. The sellers even commented on the home inspector we hired. Very grateful for all your help.

  Called Precision Home Inspection Friday morning. The inspector was able to meet me a couple hours later and had my report to later that afternoon. The home inspector was friendly, patient and knew his craft very well. If you need a home inspector in the Chandler are, I would use Precision Home Inspection.

  I never expect to find such a great home inspection company as a first-time home buyer. The inspector was able to give me pointers on how to maintain and keep up on minor maintenance. It was a very good experience I had with Precision Home Inspection inspector. Thanks for the job well done.

  They have very friendly and courteous inspectors. The inspector worked very hard to make sure the home inspection process was painless as possible. I really appreciate how easy it was working with Precision Home Inspection and I will recommend them to my friends, family and clients for home inspections.
